Where does the money go?
Straight to your club’s own account through the payment processor. Your club is the seller of its own events, and refunds come from your club’s account.
Do drivers pay anything extra?
No. trackReg never charges drivers a booking fee.

- The platform fee is 0% on registrations and payments processed during the 12 months after your club signs up.
- Card processing is billed to your club directly by the payment processor, and trackReg does not mark it up.
- Calendar listing is free forever.
- Limited-time intro offer: waivers, tech inspections and evaluations are free forever for clubs that sign up by December 31, 2026.
- Price match guarantee: if a competitor offers a lower price, we’ll match it and beat it by 10%. To qualify, send us a written quote from the competitor for comparable service.
- Drivers are never charged a booking fee by trackReg.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any change to these terms, and changes never apply to transactions already completed.
