The program
trackReg Notifications is the text message program of trackReg, a product of Oversteer Labs LLC. Messages come from our toll-free number, +1 (866) 292-0123, and every message names trackReg or the club it is about.
We send these kinds of text messages:
- Verification codes, when you add a mobile number to your trackReg account and ask us to confirm it is yours.
- Event notifications, if you opt in: reminders before an event you entered, waitlist offers when a spot opens, and cancellations.
- Club announcements, if you opt in: messages from the clubs you have entered events with or joined, about their events and memberships.
- Waiver signing links, when you give a club your mobile number so it can send you a waiver to sign.
How you opt in
Texts other than verification codes are off until you turn them on. To opt in, you add your mobile number to your trackReg account and verify it with a one-time code, then tick the box below. It appears when you register for an event or join a club, and in your account’s notification settings. The box is never ticked for you, and opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
Event reminders, waitlist offers, cancellations and announcements from the clubs you enter with, sent by trackReg. This applies at every club, and you can turn it off any time in Notifications. Your choice applies to every club on trackReg, because all of our texts come from the same number. You can turn texts off at any time, either in your account’s notification settings or by replying STOP.
How often
Message frequency varies with the events you enter and the clubs you belong to. Most drivers get a few messages around each event they enter. Verification codes are sent only when you ask for one.
Cost
trackReg does not charge you for text messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all trackReg text messages. We’ll send one message to confirm, and then no more. Because the opt-out covers our number, it also stops verification codes until you opt back in. To start again, reply START, or turn texts back on in your account’s notification settings.

The replies to STOP and HELP:

Other terms
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Texts are available to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada.
- If you change or give up your mobile number, update it in your account or reply STOP from the old number first.
- We never sell or share your mobile number or your opt-in for anyone’s marketing. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
